WHAT TO EXPECT AS A NEW CLIENT
COURT-ORDERED CLIENTS:
1.) Call Office if you have questions, I will answer your questions and concerns (via phone) prior to scheduling.
2.) Provide me with the court order appointing me a the provider of the services being ordered.
3.) Once I receive the court order, we will schedule your first appointment and email you an invitation to sign up for our client portal.
4.) After signing up for our client portal, you will be able to access our initial paperwork to complete online prior to your first appointment.
5.) During your first appointment, I will review my paperwork and your court order with you, answer your questions/concerns, take a history, discuss the process and initial treatment plan, and obtain any initial releases to coordinate care with other professionals or collateral sources.
6.) By the end of your first appointment, you will understand the process, my approach to treatment, set initial goals, and schedule your next appointment.
NON-COURT-ORDERED CLIENTS:
