Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, & Discover), and checks are accepted.
Missed appointments will be charged the full rate of the scheduled appointment ($275.00 per hour), unless we receive 24-hours notice. These fees can not be billed to your insurance company.

Confidentiality / Privacy Policy
Our practice is HIPAA compliant. We will never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to anyone for any reason. We will never intentionally send or transmit anything that you have not authorized in writing. If you ever receive anything from us you did not authorize, we will make every effort to correct the situation immediately and prevent such an occurrence in the future.
No information about you or your care is ever shared without your permission except when required by law. Dr. Vick will provide you with a written summary of these limitations to confidentiality and answer any questions you may have during your first meeting.
Remember the internet is not confidential and we can not protect private information sent in an email. For that reason, Dr. Vick will respond to all client emails with specific questions / concerns by calling back his clients within 24-48 hours of their email.
Insurance Claims
All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We submit insurance claims on a weekly basis and make every effort to resolve insurance issues as quickly as possible. It is important you understand your mental health benefits, as you are responsible for any unpaid services by your insurance company. As a courtesy to our clients, we will resubmit unpaid claims once and allow time for clients to research the reason(s) the claim was not paid prior to charging clients for services rendered.

Scheduling & Contacting the Office
- Calls to our office are typically returned the same day. However, calls made on Friday or during the weekend will be returned the following Monday.
- Please do not attempt to schedule an appointment via email or fax. Appointments can ONLY be made by speaking directly with Dr. Vick or his staff during regular business hours.
- Unfortunately, Dr. Vick's schedule can not accommodate all the potential clients seeking his services. For that reason, we maintain a "wait list" as a courtesy for those who have taken the steps to contact our office. Being placed on our "wait list" does not constitute a professional or therapeutic relationship with Dr. Vick or anyone at our office.
- We can not predict or guarantee when therapy slots will open up, but we encourage people on our "wait list" to check back at later times to inquire about Dr. Vick's schedule. When openings occur, we do call people on the "wait list" first to offer appointments. Dr. Vick also makes every effort to call back potential clients, on our "wait list", within 48-hours to introduce himself, answer initial questions, and possibly provide referrals to other providers who may meet your needs better or have more immediate opening in his / her schedule.
- Remember the internet is not confidential and we can not protect private information sent in an email. For that reason, when emails from clients are received by our office, Dr. Vick will call you back within 24-48 hours to address your concerns.
